A repeat ZOOM invite will be sent Saturday morning referring to them. These are posted on the website for everyone, not just Council and Trustee members.

Why Not Email?
Why not repeatedly mass email everyone attachments?
- The Presbytery has been the target of scams due to the harvesting of mass emails
- Keeping track of which email attachment is the current one in a chain of emails is difficult
- Emails get lost. Searches for missing emails and requests for resend are time consuming to manage

(also pbyl.ink/jun2023) - Not all documents are ready at the same time to email all in one email
- Chasing multiple and repeated emails or several days is a barrier to effective participation..
- Web links are easier to change than sent emails. We do make mistakes.
- The post keeps attachments together for reference during the meeting and in the future
