Revised at our September 2025 Presbytery meeting with the addition to 2.4001 to specify terms of office, a simplification of Council Membership requirements in 4.0200, and an update of 9.0000 regarding General Assembly commissioners, moving the nomination to the nominating committee and eliminating alternates this standing rule changes conforms to recent policy changes, Policy 29 Child, Youth, and Adults with Vulnerabilities Protection Policy was added.

Revised at Our March 2025 Presbytery meeting with the addition in 5.0203 to allow the Committee on Ministry to make changes to the commission of commissioned ruling elders between Presbytery meetings and, an addition of a section 7.0000 specifying Permanent Judicial Commission organization

Revised at our January 2025 Council meeting with policies due to be reviewed after 5 years from their last review. Policy 6 updated to use PDP-Personal Discernment Profile, Policy 8 Offerings at Ordinations and Installations, Policy 12 on how to appoint a Special Disciplinary Investigation Committee, and Policy 19 Electronic Meetings.

Revised at our September 2024 Presbytery meeting, with updated and adjusted boundaries as requested by the Presbytery and set by the General Assembly and including the addition of a Harassment Policy

Revised at our June 2024 Council meeting Change Policy 5 Expense Reimbursement. Meal expense is one daily amount. Also updating Policy 10 Sexual Misconduct to conform with the training requirements of the Book of Order

Revised at our March 2024 Presbytery meeting. Includes changes to Policy 2, Study Leave, Policy 3, Minimum Salary, and Policy 17 Electronic Voting. Adds a new policy, 27 Antiracism one of the four required policies of the PC(USA).
