Here are some PDF documents for Saturday, Jan. 20, 11 AM ZOOM Council meeting. They are evolving and should be complete by Friday evening, Jan. 19th. A repeat ZOOM invite will be sent Saturday morning referring to them. These are posted on the website for everyone, not just Council and Trustee members.

The Zoom meeting and info are emailed ONLY to CURRENT Council and Trustee members and guests to keep the Zoom bombers at bay.

Why Not Email?
Why not repeatedly mass email everyone attachments?

The Presbytery has been the target of scams due to the harvesting of mass emails
Keeping track of which email attachment is the current one in a chain of emails is difficult
Emails get lost. Searches for missing emails and requests for resend are time consuming to manage
This page is always current and will remain long after emails are buried or deleted.
Not all documents are ready at the same time to email all in one email
Chasing multiple and repeated emails or several days is a barrier to effective participation..
Web links are easier to change than sent emails. We do make mistakes.
