Attached is the Instruction Sheet for you annual Statistical Report. This year, this Office of the General Assembly is requesting the reports be completed by mid-February. The presbytery deadline (in order to receive a discount) is February 15, 2017. If at all possible, please have them completed by February 12, 2017.
