Why Not Email?
Why not repeatedly mass email everyone attachments?

• The Presbytery has been the target of scams due to the harvesting of mass emails
• Keeping track of which email attachment is the current one in a chain of emails is difficult
• Emails get lost. Searches for missing emails and requests for resend are time consuming to manage
• This page is always current and will remain long after emails are buried or deleted.
• Not all documents are ready at the same time to email all in one email
• Chasing multiple and repeated emails or several days is a barrier to effective participation
• Web links are easier to change than sent emails. We do make mistakes.
• The post keeps attachments together for reference during the meeting and in the future
