Shall consist of seven (7) members: two (2) Ruling Elder members of the Presbytery
Council at-large, two (2) at-large members from the Presbytery (who may be Ruling
Elders or Teaching Elders, the Presbytery Moderator, Vice Moderator, and Immediate
Past Moderator. The Stated Clerk and the Director of Finance shall be ex officio
members with a voice but no vote.

8.0100 Duties of the committee shall be consistent with the Book of Order, Presbytery Policy,
and the committee’s job description on file with the Stated Clerk and approved by the
Personnel Committee.
